How do I confirm my order has been placed?
Before submitting your order, we recommend double-checking to make sure your contact information is correct. You should receive a confirmation email from customerservice@plushglobal.com shortly after making your purchase.
How do I track my order?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on plushglobal.cc, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Given our prompt shipping process, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are placed. If you made a mistake or changed your mind about your order, you can return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.
Can I return my purchase? / What is the return policy?
If you don’t absolutely love your purchase, we offer free pre-paid returns for all U.S. orders within 30 days of your purchase! You will receive a full refund to your original payment method, not including your original shipping charge. We will only accept items purchased on plushglobal.cc for a return; if your item(s) were purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange a return. Please note we do not offer exchanges at this time.
